As part of a major, public university in one of the country’s great cities, UIC’s College of Architecture and the Arts plays an important and unique role in the life of Chicago and provides its students with a transformative opportunity. The College’s graduates are, quite literally, everywhere; creating and improving the future of this city and communities across the country and around the world. The reputation of the College of Architecture and the Arts resides in the strength of its students and faculty and with its broad community of alumni and friends. Alumni and friends of the College provide an invaluable network of donors, advocates, and employers. We hope you will consider deepening your relationship with the College. There are many ways to do so – each of which provide meaningful support to our students and faculty.
DONORS
Gifts to the College have an immediate and vital impact on students, faculty, and programs. The College is increasingly dependent on the financial support of individual donors in addition to corporations and foundations. Donors provide essential dollars which support student scholarships and the most pressing needs of the College each year. To make a gift, you may do so online or you may call the College’s Advancement Office at 312.355.0480 to speak with a member of the staff.
ADVOCATES
We depend upon our network of alumni and friends to spread the word of the College’s hard-working, intellectually-curious students, our outstanding faculty members, and the strength of our academic programs. You can participate by attending and bringing guests to performances, exhibits, and lectures, keeping up-to-date with College news by reading the annual newsletter and bi-monthly e-newsletters, and talking with your friends and colleagues about making a gift to the College. We look forward to your partnership as an advocate for the College. Office of Advancement
